This picture looks weird... the foreground is illuminated smoothly and the sky is dark. This is because this picutre has been taken at the Créac'h lighthouse foot. Its powerful light beam light up the landscape and the waves foam breaking on dangerous rocks surroundings.
The sky is deep blue, because the night has not completely fallen.
The bright star in the middle of the picture is the double star Alcor and Mizar. The three others stars on the left are (from left to right) Eta, Theta and Iota Draconis.
