On the Île aux Moines, I saw a nice contrail. Flying higher than the cloudy veil, its contrail cast a shadow on the cloud layer. More, the airplane shadows was visible. This sequence presents exposures taken at 13:44:31, 13:44:38 and 13:44:43, and the details of the airplane shadow. Notice that the airplane shadow overtake and outrun the airplane itself. |
