This 22 degrees lunar halo is rather contrasted, although the Moon was not Full (three days after the Full Moon). I saw it by chance just before going to bed. Then, the time to take the pictures and to post-process them, I went to bed later than planned.
In the picture, one can see the colors of the halo: red in the inner part and blue in the outer part. One can see otherwise that the inner border is more sharp than the outer one more gradient. |
