On June 14th 2009, the volcano Sarychev, North-East of Japan, erupts and eject a huge cloud of hashes at an altitude of 12 000 m (36 000 feet). 3 months later, the sunsets and sunrises are spectacular, with deep orange and red, because the cloud of hashes, now extended all around the Earth at high altitude, is illuminated by an orange Sun, before the Sun is visible for us.
