This is the biggest Full Moon during the year '11. Located at about 356 600 km, it is a 33.5' diameter Moon which is rising.
As the 2 previous Full Moon, I'm ready to shoot its rising. I'm waiting at 800 m from the cathedral of Quimper. The Moon should rise on the left and pass behind the bell-towers.
Here, the Moon is captured through a 480 mm focal length refractor.
During this time, another camera is fixed behind a 300 mm telelens, taking one photo each 3 s. But a problem of attachment have induced a shifting in each photo. So that I can't use them at high resolution. However, the time-lapse movie is rather pleasant to see. |
