The answer is in the title and the composite.
I added the circle corresponding the size of the Earth's shadow (the hoop) near the Moon orbite and the penumbra. Thus, it's more easy to apprehend the diameter of the Moon, Umbra and Penumbra. Notice that that Full Moon is the biggest of the year 2006.
