Silly. If it appears concave, you're focusing your eyes in the distance (parallel viewing) so the right image reaches your right eye and the left image reaches your left eye. Instead, put your finger about 6 inches in front of your face and adjust (for cross-eyed viewing) so the left image reaches your right eye and the right image reaches your left eye.
