 3 good news 03/02/2007 01:48:31

I have three good news:
- I'm not dead! And to prove it, I have put a new picture online.
- I give a conference at Strasbourg on March 3rd, 2007 at 8 PM (follow the link at the end).
- I'm writing a book (in french, sorry) featuring my sky pictures. But it's a secret ;o)
Sorry for the poor update those last weeks. I have two pretexts. The weather was very bad. Otherwise, I'm very busy with the writing of the book I hope to published in September. I'll talk to you about that in a few weeks.

 PhotoAstronomique.net becomes PixHeaven.net 01/13/2007 14:09:19

Since a few days, PhotoAstronomique.net has became PixHeaven.net. Why this changing? Here are the reason:
- PhotoAstronomique seemed that my site is displaying astrophotos, but it shows mainly some views of the sky.
- PixHeaven is well understood by English speaking people, id the whole planet!
- Finally, PixHeaven can be heard as "Pictures of the sky" of "Heaven of pictures", a nice ambiguity!

Besides, nothing has changed: the Website is still the same and an automatic redirection had been done to redirect visitors from the old Website to the new one.

In a few weeks, I will make two lectures about sky photography during the "Rencontres du Ciel et de l'Espace" in Paris. The first one, presented with Pierre-Paul Feyte (Kitao.fr), will be "the perfect day of a sky enthusiast".
The second one will feature my photos to illustrate what can be done with a tripod, an APN, some lenses and a modest telescope.
